Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. If your address is outside the United States, our checkout will not be able to complete your order.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of 3 or more jars. On smaller orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added later.

How long it takes

Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout; they are estimates, not guarantees. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder first, then write to us.

Your address

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout, so please check it, including your apartment or unit number. If you spot a mistake, write to us right away: we can correct it if the order has not shipped yet.

If your order does not arrive

If a parcel is lost in transit or returned to us as undeliverable, we will send a replacement at no cost or give you a full refund, shipping included.
